Job Title: Operation Supervisor

Contract Period: 1 yr

Working Location:  Dalton GA 30721 (Onsite)

Work Hours: 08:00am ~ 17:00pm (subject to changed)

 

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Management

-    Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.

-    Monitor production schedules, work assignments, and staffing requirements.

-    Ensure operations meet productivity, quality, and cost targets.

-    Identify and resolve operational issues to avoid downtime or delays.

Team Leadership

-    Participate team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.

-    Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.

-    Promote a positive, disciplined, and safety-conscious work culture.

Quality & Compliance

-    Ensure all processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

-    Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Safety & Housekeeping

-    Enforce strict adherence to safety rules, SOPs, and PPE usage.

-    Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

-    Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment (5S knowledge is a plus).

Coordination & Communication

-    Communicate daily goals, updates, and issues with management and other departments.

-    Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to support uninterrupted operations.

-    Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance summaries.

-    Problem-Solving & Improvement

-    Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies.

-    Suggest process adjustments to reduce waste and optimize productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements

-    Bilingual: Korean and English

-    Experience in operations supervision, production, or manufacturing roles.

-    Strong understanding of operational processes (production, logistics, quality, or warehouse operations).

-    Good knowledge of SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.

-    Experience with ERP systems and production management tools.

-    Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-    Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
