PCB Bank- Loan Officer (Suwanee, GA)

* Loan Officer (Suwanee Branch)

 

Responsibilities

· Evaluate and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other information to support sound lending decisions.

· Conduct due diligence on loan applicants and collect all required documentation.

· Prepare credit memoranda for simple, less complex transactions. 

· Assist with loan closing and funding in accordance with bank policies and procedures.

· Monitor assigned loan portfolios to ensure timely collection of payments.

· Review loan covenants and conditions to ensure compliance with loan agreements.

· Comply with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act, Privacy Act, and CRA.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirements & Skills

· BA/BS in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

· 1–2 years of commercial lending experience preferred; candidates without prior lending experience may be considered. 

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent customer service and strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred.

· This is a full-time position.

 

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
