Admin Assistant (Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity)

Location: Lawrenceville, GA (On-site)

Compensation: $25/hour + Benefits (Negotiable based on experience)

Schedule: 3 days per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: 1 yr contract with potential for full-time conversion

 

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and administrative functions, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

 

Key Responsibilities

Organize and manage receipts and bank transaction records

Assist with preparation of quotations and purchase orders

Support administrative tasks, including basic government-related documentation

Provide general office and operational support as needed

 

Qualifications

English required; Korean preferred

Valid driver’s license and ability to commute or travel locally if needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
