Hiring Position: Assistant Project Manager
Position Type: Full-time (In-Office)
Work Hours: 8:00am ~ 5:00pm (1-Hour Lunch Break)

[02] JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan, manage and execute all internal and external facets/phases of projects
Take delivery and manage inventory of all LTL and small parcel deliveries
Select and quote appropriate lighting solution for new construction and renovation projects
Procure and allocate resources to ensure timely completion of projects
Coordinate tasks across multiple projects on different sites to ensure proper delivery
Communicate with clients to: resolve issues, update project progress, deliver reports, etc
Collaborate with architects, engineers, construction managers, and other specialists
[03] QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in English (Speaking, Writing & Reading)
Must be able to move pallets w/jack and lighting fixtures (up to 50 lbs)
Legally eligible to work in the US with a valid driver's license
Project Management, Procurement, Sourcing, and/or CRM experience is a plus *Full Training Provided

Salary: Starting $55,000 *Negotiable dependent on Industry related work experience
