1. 모집 분야

• Accounts and administrative assistant (풀타임 또는 파트타임)

• 경험자 우대, 무 경험자 환영 (트레이닝 해드립니다)

2. 담당 업무

• 서류 정리 및 정보 입력

• 주요 구매 관련 상황 팔로업 (입고 스케줄 및 일반 문의 사항)

• AP/AR 업무 보조

3. 지원 요건:

• 성실하고, 책임감 있고 꼼꼼하신 분

• 마이크로소프트 엑셀/워드 사용 가능, QuickBooks는 Plus

• Bilingual (Korean & English)

4. 근무 시간:

• 풀타임 경우, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm

• 파트타임 경우, 주 5일 Flexible hours 추후 협의-최소 일주일 3일이상 or 일주일 20 시간 이상

5. 위치: Peachtree Corners (30092)

6. 급여: 경력에 따라 책정, 신입 가능

Title: Accounts and administrative assistant

• Full-time (M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM)

• Part-time (at least three days or 20 hours per week)

Company information:

• Industry: Wholesale of petrochemical raw materials

• Location: Peachtree Corners (30092)

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Korean and English)

• Skills: MS Office (QuickBooks is a plus)

• Great communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Support accounting manager with AP/AR

• Records journal entries for cash account activity

• Performs other basic accounting functions as applicable

• Organizes and maintains various electronic filing systems

Compensation: Commensurate with education and experience
