At Joynus Care, our Care Coordinatorsare the backbone of our home care services. They oversee the recruitment and management of field employees (caregivers) who provide direct care to our clients. Our Coordinators ensure that the most appropriate caregivers are assigned to each client, embodying the mission and vision of Joynus Care in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all client cases are staffed and documented.
- Support field employees to do their job at the highest level: the coordinator listens, consults, and motivates employees.
- Prepare and maintain employee records to be compliant with Georgia Healthcare Facility Regulation.
- Monitor and report all outstanding issues from employees.
- Verify employee work schedule and clock in/out.
- Ensure employees perform their duties as instructed.
- Ensure employees’ benefits.
- Maintained on-call duty as needed.
- Participate in the orientation and evaluation of employees.
- Handle complaints and incident investigations and submits them to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Korean
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including problem-solving and follow-through
- Consistent reliability, attendance, and punctuality
- Bachelor’s degree required
