Job Title: Carrier Sales Representative (Brokerage Task)   

Work location: 3033 W President George Bush Hwy., Plano, TX 75075

Duration: 1 year

Work Hours: 08:30am ~ 17:30pm CST (subject to changed)  

 

Required Qualifications:

•      Bachelor’s Degree preferred 

•      3+ years of transportation experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, or truckload operations (TL/LTL) strongly preferred.

•      Hands on experience with freight brokerage platforms and tools such as Aljex (TMS), MacroPoint (real time visibility), and web based carrier portals like MyCarrierPortal or similar systems.

•      Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills with proven ability to manage carrier relationships in a high volume environment.

•      Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.

•      Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, web based platforms) and comfort learning new logistics technologies.

•      Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

•      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team

•      Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and self-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving results
