Job Opening – Admin Support
Company Name: KW International
Location: Duluth, GA
Position: Administrative Support
Job Responsibilities:Support warehouse & logistics operations and assist with clerical tasks
Organize inbound/outbound shipment data and prepare reports
Assist with invoicing and basic accounting tasks
o Assist the operations team with communications and tasks while they are traveling
Help operations team oversee logistics hubs and station operations
Assist in managing transportation schedules and documentation
Qualifications: Strong English communication skills (Korean is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with SAP or WMS and Tracking Management System preferred
Logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type:Temp to hire (with potential for full-time conversion)
