Job Title: Operation/Administration & Data Analyst

Contract Period: 6 Months + Extension

Working Location: 17785 Center Court Dr., Cerritos, CA 90703 (Onsite)

Work Hours: 08:30am ~ 5:30pm PST

 

Note: Must be Bilingual Korean/English

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

·         Basic understanding or interest in international logistics or import/export process.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

·         Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

·         Good communication and teamwork abilities.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate and monitor import air & ocean shipments from origin to final delivery.

·         Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.

·         Update shipment status in internal systems and maintain accurate data records.

·         Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

·         Assist with cost entry, invoice checking, and filing documents.

 

·         Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
