Job Title:  Data Entry/Customer Service

Work location: 3575 Koger Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096

Duration: 1 year

Work Hours: 8:30am ~ 5:30pm  

Bilngual Korean

Job Summary : 

Support daily logistics operations with accurate data entry and documentation

Update shipment information and maintain records in the system

Assist customers with shipment status, inquiries, and problem resolution

Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams

Prepare and review basic logistics documents (invoices, BOL, packing list, etc.)

Provide bilingual support in Korean and English as needed
