Location: Round Rock, TX / Plano, TX

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (subject to change)

- 항공·해상·육상 운송 전반의 물류 프로세스 및 선적 현황 관리

- 고객사, 운송업체 및 내부 유관 부서와의 일상적인 업무 조율

- 공급망 KPI 관리 및 월간 실적 보고서 작성

- 물류 운영 성과 분석 및 비용 절감·업무 개선 방안 도출

- 운송 관련 문제 및 불일치 사항 해결, 거래 내역 및 고객사 문서 관리

- 물류 협력업체 및 현장 담당자와 협업하여 원활한 물류 운영 지원

 

자격 요건

- 학사 학위 필수

- 영어/한국어 이중언어자

- 물류 업계 경력 3년 이상, 포워딩 및 공급망 전략 및 기획 관련 경험

- 우수한 분석력, 문제 해결 능력 및 업무 조율 능력

- MS Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) 활용 능력

- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인관계 능력, 고객 중심의 적극적인 업무 태도

- 압박감 있는 환경에서도 우선순위를 정해 업무를 수행할 수 있는 자

- 미국 내 출장 가능자(최대 10%)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistic Operations Staff member to manage and monitor transportation and supply chain operations across air, ocean, and land freight. The role involves shipment tracking, performance analysis, customer and vendor coordination, and logistics process improvement to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage the entire process of product movement via Air, Ocean, Land/trucking transportation process

- Track shipments across different channels

- Report monthly on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the Supply Chain function

- Daily liaison with customers, carriers, and internal staff

- Develop performance metrics to evaluate the operating performance of internal supply chain resources and external supply chain partner collaboration model

- Support performing logistics procedures to achieve team goals by logistics policies.

- Keep proper records of all forms of transactions related to the team’s logistics operations

- Monitor and resolve discrepancies and problems that can be found related to the transportation/logistics system

- Maintain essential account documentation with up-to-date information and ensure that it is collated and stored to be readily accessible

- Analyze areas of corporate logistics to find out the most cost-effective means and methods of transporting supplies

- Coordinate with site managers and co-workers to ensure effective operations

- Perform ad-hoc reporting, as required.

- Perform other job-related duties as required

 

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree required

- English/Korean Bilingual proficiency

- 3~5+ years of experience in the logistics industry Including Freight Forwarding and relevant industry knowledge including Strategy Planning

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multi-tasks while paying close attention to detail

- Positive attitude to solve problems and serve the customers with good care

- Very Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel/PowerPoint/Word

- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate openly and effectively

- Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency

- Strong work ethics

- Ability to travel up to 10% in U.S.
