국제 항공 수출 업무를 담당할 Air Export Agent (항공 수출 담당)를 모집합니다. 수출 서류 작성 및 관리, 항공사 운송 일정 조율, 화물 추적, 통관 및 수출 규정 준수, 청구 및 비용 처리 등 항공 수출 전반의 업무를 수행합니다.

 

Job Title: Air Export Agent

Location: DFW Airport, TX

Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (* Must be flexible, with the possibility of working weekends or irregular hours depending on the shipping schedule)

주요 업무

- 수출 서류 작성 및 처리: 항공운송장(AWB), 상업송장(Commercial Invoice), 포장명세서(Packing List), 원산지증명서, 수출자 지시서(SLI), AES 수출신고 등 관련 서류 작성 및 처리

- 운송사 조율: 항공사, 트럭 운송업체 및 포워더와 픽업 일정을 조율하고 수출 선적이 정해진 일정에 맞춰 진행되도록 관리

- 고객 커뮤니케이션: 선적 현황 안내, 고객 문의 대응 및 요청 사항 처리

- 수출 규정 준수: 미국 세관 및 국제 수출 규정 준수 여부 확인, 품목 분류 및 수출 통제 관련 업무 수행

- 선적 추적 및 관리: 운송 진행 상황을 모니터링하고 지연이나 문제 발생 시 신속하게 대응

- 견적 및 입찰 지원: 신규 및 기존 고객의 견적 요청서(RFQ) 작성 및 제출 지원, 운송사별 운임 비교 및 확보, 영업팀 또는 요율 담당팀과 협력하여 서비스 및 비용 관련 사항 조율

- 청구 및 정산: 청구 내역을 검토하고 정확한 금액이 적시에 청구되도록 관리

- 문제 해결: 선적 지연, 화물 파손, 서류 불일치 등 운송 관련 문제 확인 및 해결

- 창고 업무 지원: 수출 전 화물의 파손 여부 확인, 관련 서류의 정확성 검토 및 국제 운송에 필요한 화물 라벨 부착

 

자격 요건

- 영어 능통자

- 경력: 항공 수출 또는 국제 물류 업무 경력 우대 (필수 아님)

- 업무 지식: 수출 서류, 항공 화물 운송 절차, 견적 요청 및 입찰 절차, 운임 체계, 국제 규정 준수에 대한 이해

- 필수 역량: 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력, 체계적인 업무 관리 능력, 멀티태스킹 능력 및 세부 사항을 꼼꼼하게 확인하는 능력

- 학력: 고등학교 졸업 이상 필수. 물류, 국제무역 또는 관련 분야 전공자 우대

- 컴퓨터 활용 능력: Microsoft Office 365(Excel, Word, Outlook) 활용 능력 필수. 수출 업무 및 화물 추적 시스템, 운임 견적 도구 사용 경험 우대

Key Responsibilities

- Export Documentation: Prepare and process all required air export documents, including air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Shipper’s Letter of Instruction (SLI), and AES filings

- Carrier Coordination: Schedule and confirm pickups with airlines, truckers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely export departures

- Client Communication: Provide shipment updates, handle inquiries, and promptly resolve client concerns

- Customs Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with U.S. Customs and international export regulations, including product classification and export controls

- Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment status and proactively address any issues or delays throughout transit

- RFQ and Quotation: Support the preparation and submission of RFQs (Request for Quotes) for both new and existing clients. Gather competitive freight rates from carriers and coordinate closely with Sales or Pricing teams to ensure alignment on service and cost strategies

- Billing & Invoicing: Review and process billing accurately, ensuring clients are charged correctly and on time

- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems such as delays, damaged goods, or documentation discrepancies

- Warehouse Support: Inspect all cargo for damages prior to export. Verify documentation accuracy and label shipments correctly for international transit

 

Required Qualifications

- Fluent in English

- Experience: Prior air export or international logistics experience strongly preferred but not required

- Knowledge: Solid understanding of export documentation, air freight procedures, RFQ/bidding processes, pricing structures, and global compliance standards

- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

- Education: High school diploma required. A degree in logistics, international trade, or a related field is a plus

- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with export/tracking platforms and freight quoting tools

- Superior attention to detail, organization, cross-group collaboration, and project management skills
