Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading the team to achieve operational excellence.

 

Requirement

-Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership roles (Preferred).

-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

-Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.

 

Job description

-Oversees daily restaurant operations (Attend & serve tables as needed, Assist FOH manager as needed, Make drinks at the bar, Host), including opening and closing procedures.

-Maintains a clean and safe restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

-Resolves guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

-Leads and motivates the restaurant team to achieve goals and objectives.
