Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Work location: 17785 Center Court Dr, Suite 450, Cerritos, CA 90703
Work Hours: 8:30am โ 5:30pmย
Duration: 1 year
Key Responsibilities โ Logistics Coordinator
โข ย ย Documentation Management
o ย ย Prepare, review, and maintain all shipping and receiving documents (BOLs, packing lists, invoices, PODs, etc.).
o ย ย Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory documentation requirements.
o ย ย Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) for all logistics-related records.
โข ย ย Communication & Coordination
o ย ย Act as the primary point of contact between the warehouse team and customers for logistics documentation and service updates.
o ย ย Coordinate with warehouse staff to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and provide timely updates to customers.
o ย ย Support issue resolution by escalating and following up on documentation errors, delivery exceptions, or claims.
โข ย ย Invoicing & Financial Support
o ย ย Generate, verify, and process logistics-related invoices in alignment with contractual agreements.
o ย ย Communicate billing details to customers and internal finance teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
o ย ย Assist in resolving discrepancies in billing, payments, and supporting claims processes.
Qualifications
โข ย ย Bachelorโs degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
โข ย ย 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or customer service (warehousing experience a plus).
โข ย ย Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
โข ย ย Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for cross-team and customer interactions.
โข ย ย Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP/WMS systems preferred.
โข ย ย Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
