Job Title: Logistics Specialist

Location: Dalton, GA

Qualifications

Bilingual in English & Korean

Minimum 1 years of experience in claim management, quality, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operations

Hands-on experience handling product or material damage cases in a manufacturing or plant environment

Strong investigation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple claim cases simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Excel
