Warehouse Operation Supervisor 모집

조지아주 Dalton 소재 기업에서 Warehouse 기반의 전반적인 운영을 담당하는 운영관리자(Operation Supervisor)를 모집합니다.

 

Condition: 1 year contract + extension or direct hire opportunity

Location: Dalton, GA (Onsite)

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (subject to change)

Benefits: Medical / Vision / Dental / PTO (After 90 days)

 

주요 업무:

1. 운영 관리 (Operational Management)

• 일일 운영 활동을 총괄하여 원활한 업무 흐름을 유지

• 생산 일정, 작업 배정, 인력 수요를 모니터링

• 생산성, 품질, 비용 목표 달성 관리

• 다운타임 및 지연 방지를 위한 운영 상 문제 해결

2. 팀 리더십 (Team Leadership)

• 팀 미팅, 교육, 성과 평가 참여

• 작업 지시 및 직원 성과 모니터링을 통해 기준 및 절차 준수 관리

• 긍정적이며 규율 있고 안전 중심의 조직 문화를 조성

3. 품질 및 컴플라이언스 (Quality & Compliance)

• 회사 정책, 산업 기준, 규제 요구사항에 따른 모든 프로세스 준수

• 효율성 및 품질 향상을 위한 지속적인 개선 활동 지원

4. 안전 및 현장 관리 (Safety & Housekeeping)

• 안전 규정, SOP, PPE 착용 기준을 철저히 준수하도록 지도

• 안전 점검 실시 및 시정 조치 이행 확인

• 청결하고 정돈된 무사고 작업 환경 유지 (5S 지식 우대)

5. 조율 및 커뮤니케이션 (Coordination & Communication)

• 일일 목표, 업데이트, 이슈를 경영진 및 타 부서와 공유

• 유지보수, 공급망, 품질팀과 협업하여 안정적인 운영 지원

• 일/주 단위 운영 보고서 및 성과 요약 작성

6. 문제 해결 및 개선 (Problem-Solving & Improvement)

• 운영 병목 현상 분석 및 개선 전략 실행

• 폐기물 감소 및 생산성 향상을 위한 프로세스 개선 제안

 

자격 요건:

• 한국어 및 영어 능통 (Bilingual)

• 운영 관리, 생산, 제조 관련 직무 경험

• 생산, 물류, 품질, 창고 운영 등 전반적인 운영 프로세스 이해

• SOP, 안전 규정, 품질 기준에 대한 지식

• ERP 시스템 및 생산 관리 도구 사용 경험

• 뛰어난 리더십, 커뮤니케이션, 문제 해결 능력

• 빠르고 변화가 많은 환경에서의 업무 능력

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

– Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow

– Monitor production schedules, work assignments, and staffing requirements

– Ensure operations meet productivity, quality, and cost targets

– Identify and resolve operational issues to avoid downtime or delays

2. Team Leadership

– Participate in team meetings, training, and performance evaluations

– Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to standards and procedures

– Promote a positive, disciplined, and safety-conscious work culture

3. Quality & Compliance

– Ensure all processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

– Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality

4. Safety & Housekeeping

– Enforce strict adherence to safety rules, SOPs, and PPE usage

– Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented

– Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment (5S knowledge is a plus)

5. Coordination & Communication

– Communicate daily goals, updates, and issues with management and other departments

– Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to support uninterrupted operations

– Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance summaries

– Problem-Solving & Improvement

– Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies

– Suggest process adjustments to reduce waste and optimize productivity

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

– Bilingual: Korean and English

– Experience in operations supervision, production, or manufacturing roles

– Strong understanding of operational processes (production, logistics, quality, or warehouse operations)

– Good knowledge of SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards

– Experience with ERP systems and production management tools

– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
