Position: Project Manager

Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Onsite)

Contract Period: 1+ Year

Please Note: Must be able to speak Korean/English bilingual

 

Position Summary:

The PM & BA is crucial in an organization by liaising between IT teams and business stakeholders. The primary responsibility is to plan the assigned projects, allocate the resources, cost simulation, and generate the IT requirements based on the collected data, business requirements, and processes. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field

·        Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time

·        A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role

·        Good understanding of IT terminologies, Agile, and SDLC

·        Must be a self-starter and problem solver

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

·        Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools

·        Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

·        Excellent documentation skills using MS Office Suits

·        Six Sigma or PMI/PMP Certification is a plus
