About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Spotter who is comfortable working the front counter and supporting daily operations of a busy dry cleaning plant. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who understands garment care, customer service, and daily production flow.

 

Key Responsibilities

Spotting & Production

• Pre-spot and post-spot garments using proper techniques and chemicals

• Identify stains, fabric types, and care requirements

• Ensure high-quality standards before garments move through production

•Communicate issues or special handling notes clearly to the team

 

Counter & Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers professionally

• Tag, check in, and check out garments accurately

• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally

• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house

 

Operations Support

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Help support workflow, production timing, and garment quality

•Support staff training and daily procedures

• Serve as point of contact when a supervisor is not available

• Monitor supplies and notify management when reordering is needed

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a spotter in a dry cleaning environment is required

• Comfortable working both production and front counter

• Strong attention to detail and garment quality

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Comfortable taking initiative in daily operations
