Job Title: ABAP Integration Developer
Location: Remote (US Pacific Time preferred)
Duration: 4 months +
[Responsibilities]
• Gathering & designing of technical requirements and specifications for the automatic warehouse integration
• Analyzing/Implementing technical requirements for integrating SAP WMS and Warehouse Execution system (WES)
• Implementation of API integration between WES and SAP WMS using OData technology to interface with IDoc/RFC via XML communication
− OData (Open Data Protocol) is an OASIS standard that defines best practices for implementing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Development and Testing of assigned project using necessary programming languages
• Training and handover to the system operation team
[Requirements]
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of SAP ABAP development experience in an enterprise environment
• Experience with OData-based API integration, especially in connecting SAP WMS with external systems (e.g., WES) via /IDoc/RFC and XML (Must Have)
• Must have Hands-on experience with ALE/EDI for cross-application IDoc transfer and system integration
• Must be proficient in interfacing standard and custom BAPIs across distributed systems
• Skilled in enhancing standard SAP programs using Enhancement Framework, User Exits, and Business Add-Ins (BADIs)
• Extensive experience in SAPscript and Smart Forms development, including shipping labels, picking/packing slips, and delivery invoices
• Solid understanding of SAP LE/WM business processes, including warehouse operations and logistics execution
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (WES, WCS, RCS, etc.) and participate in technical design reviews and implementation planning
• Bilingual (Korean/English) is not mandatory, but preferred
