Qualifications

• At least five years of experience installing, trouble shooting and maintaining industrial and commerical HVAC&R system.
• Skilled at reading complex schematics, diagrams and technical documents.
• Proficiency with controls, building automation systems strongly preferred.
• Leadership and Team buidling skills.

 

Required Education/Experience:

• HVAC program degree/certificate or equivalent.
• 5+ years of documentable HVAC level operation, maintenance and repair experience in the HVAC and refrigeration trade.
• Customer satisfaction is paramount and technicians must be able to provide our clients with friendly, highly skilled assessments, who can then articulate deficiencies with detail and tact.

 

Additional Requirements:

• Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

 

Plus:

• Korean language skills (spoken and/or written)are a strong plus, as many of our clients are Korean-speaking.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques, electrical circuits, wiring and operating principles of motors, and local electrical codes.
• Physically able to operate a variety of machinery and equipment including electronic and diagnostic tools, recovery equipment, hand and power tools, and various other HVAC equipment.
