Job Opportunity – Logistics Drayage Mgmt. Staff (1-Year Contract)
? Santa Ana, CA (3 MacArthur Pl, 92707)
? Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm (may change)

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage drayage shipments (arrival notices, ISF, delivery orders, empty returns)
• Coordinate with drayage carriers & find backup carriers when needed
• Share daily container delivery schedules
• Track shipments with drayage, rail companies & terminals
• Monitor on-time delivery, lead times & service performance
• KPI reporting, customer updates, corrective actions & ad-hoc reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or GED)
• Experience in ocean freight forwarding (inbound)
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table test during interview)
• Knowledge of international transportation & logistics planning
• Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
