Position No. 1

Job Title: Logistic Business Operation Staff @ Control Tower Group  

Contract Period: 1+ Year

Working Location:  3 MacArthur Pl., Santa Ana, CA 92707(Onsite)

Work Hours: 08:30am ~ 17:30pm PST 

 

Please Note: Must be Bilingual Korean/English

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

·3+ years of Freight Forwarding operation or transportation/ logistics related relevant experience 

· Strong understanding of international transportation (especially ocean shipping) / freight forwarding industry

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High school GED required

·Ability to quickly grasp situations to make decisions to ensure problems are resolved and corrected

·Ability to build trustworthy relationships with vendors/customers, and experience with vendor management

·Ability to prioritize, ability to shift one’s focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties

·Proficient with Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications - PowerPoint, Word, especially Excel with v-lookups and pivot tables

·Excellent problem-solving skills

· Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills including effective written and verbal communications skills to communicate with various levels of the organization 

·Experience in supervising team members with effective leadership

·TMS and WMS system experience preferred 

·Ability to travel up to 10% in US and international

Job Title: Logistic Operation Mgmt. Risk Sensing Staff @ Control Tower Group  

Contract Period: 1+ Year

Working Location:  3 MacArthur Pl. Santa Ana, CA 92707(Onsite)

Work Hours: 08:30am ~ 17:30pm PST

Please Note: Must be Bilingual: Korean/English

Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics operations

Strong understanding of international transportation, especially ocean freight and inbound logistics

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School GED required

Demonstrated ability to quickly assess operational risk, make informed decisions, and respond to disruptions

Proven experience working with carriers, terminals, truckers, and logistics vendors

Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels

TMS and WMS experience preferred
