Position: Data Analyst / Business Analyst with focus on Business Intelligence (BI) - Junior Level

Contract Period: 1+ year

Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 (Onsite)

 

Note: Must be Bilingual: Korean/English

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

·Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field 

· At least 2 years of experience working as a data/business analyst, Data Analyst, or in a process improvement role 

·Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus

·Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities

· Have project and program management skills with several years of experience initiating activities, setting priorities, managing multiple priorities and delivering on-time results

·Enjoy learning new business processes quickly and efficiently as well as championing project requirements on behalf of business owners

· A strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans that you will drive end-to-end

·Work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines

· Ability to quickly learn and understand new topics, businesses, and processes through research and interviews with subject matter experts

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially pertaining to sales, operations, logistics, system, and financial functions
