Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ

Duration: Long Term Contract

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field 

At least 2 years of experience working as a data/business analyst, Data Analyst, or in a process improvement role 

Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities

Have project and program management skills with several years of experience initiating activities, setting priorities, managing multiple priorities and delivering on-time results

Enjoy learning new business processes quickly and efficiently as well as championing project requirements on behalf of business owners

A strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans that you will drive end-to-end

Work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines

Ability to quickly learn and understand new topics, businesses, and processes through research and interviews with subject matter experts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially pertaining to sales, operations, logistics, system, and financial functions

Korean/English speaking bilingual highly preferred
