당사는 Freight Broker, Freight Forwarder, Carrier 등 다중 Entity 구조를 운영하고 있으며, FMCSA, DOT, 보험, 본드, 라이선스 전반을 전담 관리할 담당자를 채용합니다. 본 포지션은 단순 행정이 아닌, 회사의 합법적 운송 범위와 리스크를 직접 관리·통제하는 핵심 역할입니다.

자격요건

물류/운송/포워딩 업계 FMCSA·DOT 관련 실무 경험

Broker / Forwarder / Carrier Authority 구조 이해

보험, 본드, 라이선스 관리 경험

문서 관리 및 컴플라이언스 감각 보유

영어 업무 커뮤니케이션 가능 (한국어 가능자 우대)

 

근무시간: 월–금 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (유동적)

휴가: PTO 10일, Sick 3일 (입사 3개월 후 사용 가능)

Daeshin Logistics Group is a global logistics company specializing in semiconductor, display, battery, and automotive parts logistics.

We operate 12 global entities across China, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, and the U.S.

Due to business expansion, DSL USA is seeking an experienced logistics compliance professional.

 

Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing FMCSA, DOT, insurance, surety bonds, and licensing across multiple entities (Broker, Forwarder, Carrier).

This is a key compliance role, not an administrative position.

 

Responsibilities

Manage FMCSA Authority (Broker / Forwarder / Carrier)

Handle DOT, MC, FF licenses, BOC-3, MCS-150

Manage Surety Bonds and insurance filings

Monitor Authority status (Active / Inactive)

Coordinate with internal teams and report to management

 

Qualifications

Experience with FMCSA / DOT compliance in logistics or transportation

Understanding of Broker / Forwarder / Carrier structures

Experience with insurance, bonds, and licensing

Strong documentation and compliance skills

English required (Korean a plus)

 

Work Conditions

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible)

PTO: 10 days / Sick Leave: 3 days (after 90 days)
