We are looking for a Account Manager support to join our growing team!

 

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ

Job Title: Account Manager Support 

 

Description:

Provide comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement, accounting, and legal.

Draft contracts and PUMIs in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.

Prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades, decommissions, and intra company contracts. 

Serve as the primary point of contract for client communications and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Prepare and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs.

Manage the full contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, and tracking and renewal.

 

Skills:

Technical: Proficient in ICT systems, cloud platforms, and digital collaboration tools

Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Languages: Fluent in English, Korean

Core Strengths: Cross-cultural communication, client relationship management, legal documentation, attention to detail, time management, and strategic problem-solving
