근무 개요

직책: 임시 생산 운영 지원

근무 형태: Short-term 직원 (W2)

근무 기간: 2월 9일(월) ~ 3월 7일(월) (약 1개월)

근무 장소: Arizona 주 Phoenix 소재 배터리 제조 공장

근무 시간:

주간: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

야간: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

※ 2교대 / 주·야간 교대 불가

근무 조건: 주 6일, 하루 10~12시간 (현장 상황에 따라 변동 가능)

급여

주간: $25 / hour, 야간: $26 / hour

오버타임: 1.5배 지급

[Arizona Area] Temp. Production Operation Support – Now Hiring 10 Additional Staff (Short-Term / W2)

We are hiring 9 additional Temp. Production Operation Support staff to assist with factory setup and on-site operations at a battery packaging facility for a major Korean corporation in Phoenix, Arizona.

This is a short-term assignment (approximately one month) and is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on manufacturing and operations experience. Only basic English communication skills are required.

We welcome college students, students on leave, job seekers looking for short-term income, OPT holders, and candidates legally authorized to work in the U.S. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Candidates who are responsible, reliable, and communicate well are encouraged to apply.

Position Details

Job Title: Temp. Production Operation Support

Employment Type: Short-Term Employee (W2)

Work Location: Battery Manufacturing Facility – Phoenix, AZ

Duration: February 9 – March 7 (approx. 1 month)

Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: Day Shift: $25/hour, Night Shift: $26/hour

Overtime: 1.5x pay

Work Schedule

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Two shifts (no rotation between day/night)

10–12 hours per day, 6 days per week

Hours may vary depending on site conditions

Key Responsibilities

Assist with tracking and organizing factory materials

Support workstation and facility setup

Assist with worker training and on-site guidance

Act as a communication bridge between workers and office management

Provide general support for factory setup and on-site operations

Perform additional on-site support tasks as needed

Qualifications

Available for intensive short-term work

Quick learner with strong on-site adaptability

Physically able to work up to 12-hour shifts

Basic English communication skills required

Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
